Guided Activities
You can enjoy many activities in our area. It offers a great array of mountains, rivers, lakes, trails, roads, resorts, and educational opportunities. There are times, however, that the independent pursuit of these things in a new and unfamiliar area can be enhanced by guides, tutors, or facilitators. In recognition of this we will be offering periodic (and by appointment) tailored solutions to meet the needs and requests of our customers. If you want to supplement your stay with private ski instruction, a support vehicle for your group bike ride, or a guide for a day hike we may be able to help make those arrangements and meet your needs. Please contact us with your individual or group ideas or requests. Together with our Adventure Partners we most likely can help put together an unforgettable time.

Ski Instruction and Alpine Race Training
Along with personally trying to make your stay pleasant, your host, Doug, is offering a new, affordable private ski instruction and training service for guests of any age or ability as an alternative to the typical ski area instruction options. For half the price of a mountain employed instructor (which Doug was for over 20 years), you, your family or group can receive instruction by the day rather than the hour. Imagine a week spent at Cherry Court where you and your family or group skied at several mountains over the course of your stay, had your own instructor along with you, and shared instruction according to your own designs, groupings, and timeline. Talk about customized!
Base Rate: $400/day

Ski Tuning and Waxing Classes - Hot Box Service
When you stay at Cherry Court, you will have access to the on-site workshop, which is equipped with all you need to tune and wax your skis. If you're new to tuning or maybe wish to learn more about race tuning for your young racer, Doug will be happy to arrange instruction or to Hotbox (slow low sustained heat for maximum base wax absorption) your skis.
QuickTune Service: $25 (Base inspection, minor P-tex repair, edge sharpen, iron-on wax, scrape, and brush)
Hotbox Wax Service: $40 (2 hour cycle at 125-130F, scrape, and brush)
Hands-on Training Class: $50 (1 hour, individual or group)
